Qualifications

Experience operating heavy equipment on utility construction sites.
Ability to read project plans and follow safety protocols.
Valid driver’s license; CDL is a plus.
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training beneficial.
Strong physical stamina, able to lift and stand for extended periods.
Experience with excavation, trenching, grading.
Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.

Responsibilities
