Qualifications

• Experience operating earth moving construction equipment or similar
• Valid driver’s license with own transportation
• Experience as construction laborer a plus
• Sound mechanical aptitude around equipment, motors and hydraulics
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
• Must pass ATF background screening

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and procedures
• Learn drill patterns and execute patterns and layouts
• Perform daily maintenance on equipment
• Coordinate supplies and carry tools and parts
• Complete drill reports, hole sheets, and timecards accurately
• Work unsupervised with a sense of urgency
• Participate in safety meetings and job briefings
