The role entails operating heavy equipment to process organic material into compost, mulch, and soil products, while adhering to safety and production standards. 1st shift schedule is listed with potential overtime.

You will work with loaders, excavators, skid steers, backhoes, and related machinery to move and process materials, contributing to environmental sustainability and community health.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating Front-End Loaders, Excavators, Skid Steers, Backhoes, or similar heavy equipment.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to the Morrisville, PA facility.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Dependable attendance and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate Front-End Loaders, Excavators, Skid Steers, Backhoes, Grinders, Screeners, and other heavy equipment.
• Load trucks and transport materials throughout the facility.
• Perform blending and material processing operations.
• Conduct daily safety inspections and equipment checks.
• Identify and report equipment issues requiring maintenance.
• Support production goals while maintaining product quality standards.
• Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Participate in safety meetings and training programs.
• Maintain a productive and efficient workflow.
