McGill Environmental Systems is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator for our Morrisville, PA facility. You will safely operate heavy equipment to move, process, blend, screen, and transport materials, supporting production goals and maintaining quality standards.

This role offers a 1st shift schedule, competitive hourly pay of $31.00, full benefits, daily pay, and opportunities for growth within a safety‑driven team focused on environmental sustainability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating Front-End Loaders, Excavators, Skid Steers, Backhoes, or similar heavy equipment.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation to the Morrisville, PA facility.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Dependable attendance and work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate Front-End Loaders, Excavators, Skid Steers, Backhoes, Grinders, Screeners, and other heavy equipment
• Load trucks and transport materials throughout the facility
• Perform blending and material processing operations
• Conduct daily safety inspections and equipment checks
• Identify and report equipment issues requiring maintenance
• Support production goals while maintaining product quality standards
• Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements
• Participate in safety meetings and training programs
• Maintain a productive and efficient workflow
