Job summary

Bison Services is seeking skilled operators for commercial snow and ice operations. You will operate loaders, excavators, and skid steers, often outdoors in winter and during overnight or early-morning shifts.

Training is available for the right applicant, and on-the-scene account managers ensure safety and quality. We offer W-2 seasonal employment with competitive hourly pay, overtime opportunities, and a performance-based snow bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience operating snow equipment preferred; training available.
• Able to work outdoors in winter conditions, including overnight and early-morning shifts.

• On-scene account management and safety-focused support during major weather events.
• Paid breaks on longer shifts; potential out-of-state emergency assignments with lodging, meals, and travel covered.

The role
