Job summary

Bison Services is hiring for winter snow and ice operations in Riparius, NY. You will operate loaders, excavators, and skid steers and support our on-site teams during storms.

Experience with the equipment is preferred, but training is available for the right applicant. This seasonal, W-2 role offers overtime opportunities and opportunities for advancement based on performance and business needs.

• Able to work safely outdoors in winter conditions, including overnight and early-morning shifts.
• Reliable cell phone required for necessary snow-operation apps and communication.
• Able to meet role requirements for employment onboarding.

• Operate loaders, excavators, and skid steers for commercial snow and ice operations.
• Ensure safety and quality during snow operations.
• Assist with on-scene coordination during major weather events.
• Complete onboarding documentation and participate in training events.
