Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience operating heavy equipment such as excavators and dozers.
• Must pass written and operational tests for each equipment piece.
• Ability to read and speak English well for safety and directions.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment (bulldozers, graders, excavators, backhoes, loaders).
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document results.
• Conduct routine maintenance such as lubricating, fueling, and cleaning equipment.
• Prepare site, perform earth moving, landscaping, or related tasks.
• Monitor equipment to minimize downtime and coordinate with customers.
