WIN Waste Innovations is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator to operate heavy machinery at our recycling facility, landfill, or transfer station. You will perform pre- and post-operation inspections and ensure safe, efficient handling of waste or soil while following company safety standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of related experience in heavy equipment operation.
• Strong time management to complete duties safely and efficiently.
• Ability to follow safety policies and maintain equipment.
• Promotes a safe, cooperative work environment across teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections.
• Safely operate equipment (forklift, excavator, bulldozer, loader) per safety standards.
• Monitor waste for unacceptable material and ensure vehicle readiness.
• Complete basic service on equipment and document reports.
• Maintain clean, serviced, and secure workshop area after each shift.
