Job summary

Casella Construction, Inc. is looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator in Wisconsin. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and a valid CDL Class A or B license. Responsibilities include operating heavy equipment, performing routine care, and maintaining safe working conditions at multiple sites including Omya and Middlebury Quarry.

The compensation ranges from $25.00 to $28.00 per hour with various benefits including medical insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator.
• Current and valid CDL Class A or Class B license required.
• Ability to operate Class A and/or Class B vehicles as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment including Caterpillar loaders and excavators.
• Perform loader responsibilities at the Omya and Middlebury Quarry.
• Grease and perform routine care of assigned loaders.
