The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of heavy equipment experience, a strong safety record, and the ability to work well within a team. This general labor role requires attention to safety, schedule adherence, and customer service at the facility.

Qualifications

• Requires self-directed individual with ability to work as part of a team and be legally eligible to work in the US.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of heavy equipment operation experience preferred.
• Must be physically able to perform duties in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the facility according to hours.
• Oversees truck dumping schedules and trailer switching.
• Maintains cleanliness of public areas as per daily/weekly/monthly schedules.
• Ensures customers use the transfer station per safety rules.
• Meets loading schedules to keep driver loads ready for production.
• Directs incoming trucks to unloading areas safely.
• Conducts safety and equipment checks and reports issues.
