Ragle Inc in El Paso, TX is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator for heavy civil construction projects. You will safely operate excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, rollers, skid steers, backhoes, and haul trucks to support road and utility work. Strong focus on safety and meeting production targets.

Minimum 3 years of heavy equipment experience preferred; CDL may be preferred but not required. You will collaborate with supervisors, survey crews, and utility teams while adhering to project

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of heavy equipment operating experience preferred.
• Experience operating multiple types of heavy construction equipment.
• Knowledge of grading, excavation, and utility installation operations.

Responsabilidades

• Operate heavy construction equipment including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, graders, rollers, skid steers, backhoes, and haul trucks.
• Perform excavation, grading, trenching, material handling, and backfilling operations.
• Read and understand grade stakes, site plans, and construction drawings.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently.
• Work closely with supervisors, survey crews, laborers, and utility crews.
