Ragle Inc is seeking a Laborer for heavy civil construction in El Paso, TX. The Laborer performs a variety of physical tasks supporting roadway, bridge, drainage, excavation, utility and concrete work, assisting skilled trades and equipment operators.

You will maintain a safe, productive work environment, load and transport materials, follow project plans and safety policies, and perform other duties as assigned. Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds and have reliable transportation.

Formación

• Previous construction experience preferred but not required.
• Capable of performing physically demanding work in varying weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Perform manual labor for heavy civil construction projects.
• Assist with excavation, grading, utility installation, concrete placement, and roadway construction.
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Clean and prepare job sites before, during, and after construction activities.
• Assist carpenters, operators, and concrete crews with daily operations.
• Install erosion and traffic control measures as directed.
• Operate hand tools and small equipment safely.
• Follow project plans and supervisor instructions.
• Maintain a safe work environment and comply with safety policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
