EliteService Staffing in Las Vegas is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our construction team. You will operate and maintain bulldozers, excavators and loaders to build roads, sites and structures, following safety rules and project plans.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment, be able to read blueprints, perform basic maintenance, and work outdoors in varying weather.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years experience operating heavy equipment in construction.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and blueprints.
• Basic maintenance and repair skills on heavy equipment.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather.

Responsabilidades

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to all relevant regulations and company policies.
• Conduct routine pre- and post-operation inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance on equipment as needed.
• Follow project plans and blueprints to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operation and coordination of tasks.
• Adhere to safety protocols at all times to protect yourself and others on the job site.
