Timber Creek Recycling in Nampa, ID, is seeking a motivated Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience operating trommels, loaders, excavators, crushers, and grinders in recycling or industrial settings, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience operating trommels, loaders, excavators, crushers and grinders in recycling or industrial settings.
• Physical: ability to lift 55 pounds, stand and work up to 12 hours.
• CDL (Class A/B) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently for processing, transfer, and storage of materials.
• Inspect and maintain equipment for safety, cleanliness and compliance with standards.
• Monitor production to meet deadlines while following safety and quality requirements.
• Document equipment findings per company standards.
• Maintain organized work area per GMP.
• Report malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisor.
• Perform other duties to support site operations.
