Job summary

Pacific-Recycling-Inc in Oregon is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. You will operate and inspect heavy machinery, ensuring safe, efficient performance on a variety of projects.

A valid driver's license and prior experience are required, along with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in diverse weather conditions. Responsibilities include loading materials, maintaining equipment, and following safety procedures while collaborating with a team to meet project

Qualifications

Must have experience operating heavy equipment.
Must be able to work well with a team and follow directions.
Excellent communication skills are required.
Ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical problems.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Strong understanding of safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Operate heavy machinery such as material handlers and forklifts.
Inspect heavy equipment for issues and perform preventive maintenance as needed.
Load and unload materials from trucks.
Ensure proper operation of safety equipment and follow safety regulations.
