Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Dredge Operator to run heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, excavators, haul trucks, and related machinery for paving and earthmoving tasks. The role includes daily inspections, keeping tooling, and maintaining safety and environmental standards on site.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of related experience, and strong driving skills. A valid driver's license and PPE compliance are required as part of our safety program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and write.
• Excellent driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Loads trucks, feeds bins with various aggregate materials, maintains proper quantities of material to be loaded, moves earth or material from one location to another, and performs paving/grading work.
• Keeps equipment clean and orderly.
• Performs daily inspections on equipment to ensure safe operation.
• Ensures that safety, compliance, environmental requirements are followed at all times.
• Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
