Job summary

Amrize is seeking an Equipment Operator to run dozers, loaders, excavators, haul trucks and other heavy equipment for paving and moving earth and materials. You will perform routine inspections and keep equipment clean and safe.

A high school diploma and at least one year of related work experience are required, along with reliable driving skills. The role emphasizes safety, adherence to PPE protocols, and active participation in health and environmental initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of one year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and write; excellent driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate various heavy equipment to load trucks and move materials.
• Maintain equipment by keeping it clean and orderly.
• Perform daily inspections to ensure safe operation and compliance with safety protocols.
• Assist with loading materials into bins, crushers, trucks, or plants.
• Move earth or other materials between locations as required.
• Document necessary paperwork and support related duties.
• Demonstrate commitment to safety and environmental policies.
