Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Dredge Operator to run heavy equipment and perform daily inspections to ensure safe operation. The role involves loading, paving, grading and moving earth, sand and other materials across sites while maintaining equipment cleanliness.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least one year of related experience, with strong reading, writing and driving abilities. A valid driver’s license is required and safety protocols must be followed.

Qualifications

• Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Required Work Experience: Minimum of one year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and write.
• Excellent driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Loads trucks, feeds bins with various aggregate materials and moves earth or material as needed.
• Performs paving/grading work and keeps equipment clean and orderly.
• Conducts daily inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Ensures safety, compliance and environmental requirements are followed at all times.
• Promotes health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments.
