Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. is seeking a Dredge Operator to operate heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, excavators, haul trucks, and related machinery on paving and grading projects. You will perform routine inspections and maintain equipment in a clean, safe condition.

You must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one year of related experience, with a valid driver’s license required for this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of one year of related experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to read and write; excellent driving skills.

Responsibilities

• Loads trucks, feeds bins with materials, moves earth or material between locations, and performs paving/grading work.
• Keeps equipment clean and orderly.
• Performs daily inspections to ensure safe operation.
• Ensures safety, compliance, and environmental requirements are followed at all times.
