Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders, back hoes, track hoes, haul trucks, water trucks and similar equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain safe slopes on excavations and proper barricading.
• Locate utilities and other buried lines prior to digging.
• Perform minor servicing and maintenance or refer major problems to supervisor.
• Understand trenching, shoring standards and weight requirements of loads.
• Keep time and material records.
• Travel between job sites as needed and assist laborers.
