Job summary

Source Energy Services in Blair, WI is seeking entry-level General Labor / Plant Utility to join our night and day shift. Starting pay is $22 per hour with a $3 per hour night shift differential where applicable, plus a $2,500 sign-on bonus and a monthly bonus program.

This is a full-time, on-site role with growth opportunities in a safety-focused environment. Ideal candidates are safety-focused, reliable, and eager to learn; comfortable with physical work and operating plant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment such as skid steers, dingos, telehandlers, loaders, and man lifts.

• Wash down floors and properly dispose of waste materials.
• Pull product samples and support quality control standards.

Schedule

• Work only half the month
• Built-in days off + predictable rotation

What You’ll Do
