Job summary

Spencer Construction seeks a skilled heavy equipment operator in the Southwest region with travel to different job sites as required. You will operate excavators or loaders, perform safety checks, and contribute to project efficiency.

Job Summary

Operate and manage heavy equipment (cranes, bulldozers, earth movers, front-end loaders, etc.) safely and securely, performing regular safety, maintenance, and service checks to ensure proper functionality.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Operate and control heavy equipment for road work, excavation, lifting, and related tasks
  • Follow signals and directions, coordinating effectively with staff and transport systems
  • Perform regular safety, maintenance, and service checks on equipment
  • High School Diploma required
