HEO I

Pay Range: $20.50

Shift: Monday-Friday, 5am - 6pm; Occasional Saturdays

Preferred Qualification: 1+ years of experience with dozer, compactor, and water truck

I. Job Summary

Operate a wide variety of heavy equipment vehicles for constructing landfills, opening cells for trash fill, closing cells, site maintenance, site closures, and/or mining.

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned and are not limited to the following:

• Operate heavy equipment in compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance; maintain accurate records.
• Move and position raw materials and finished components using material handling equipment.
• Follow standard operating procedures for operating and maintaining vehicles.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Work typically conducted in shop or field settings.
