Horton Electrical Services, LLC & Squirrel Enterprises, Inc. are looking to hire full-time Construction Equipment Operators and Laborers. Are you an experienced equipment operator or laborer who enjoys working in an interesting environment with a focus on quality work and client satisfaction? QUALIFICATIONS:

• Require a valid and clean Driver’s License.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Require a valid OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification.
• 2+ years of field experience operating heavy equipment for operators.
• Ability to perform physical labor and other physically strenuous tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. without limitations.
• Leadership qualities.
• Be able to be an independent thinker and be able to work as a part of a team.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to travel to various job sites within the State of Connecticut.
• Must be punctual, reliable and possess excellent work ethic.
• Safety-conscious work environment.
• All positions require physical labor, positive attitude, and willingness to follow our safety policies.
• Applicants must pass a Pre-Employment Health Performance Exam, pre-hire drug and alcohol testing prior to starting.
• Applicant must be authorized to work in the United States and able to commute to and from work locations.

This full-time position is Monday – Friday.
Pay is based on experience and motivation.
