Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; CDL Class A Texas license preferred.
• Ability to obtain Water Distribution/Wastewater Treatment License within 36 months of hire.
• Two (2) years of operational experience with heavy equipment and trucks.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment for construction, repair and maintenance.
• Maintain City water and sewer systems and related infrastructure.
• Transport materials, vehicles and equipment to job sites.
• Inspect, clean, and perform routine maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
• Complete required daily logs and reports.
• Be available for on-call shifts as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
