Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment to transport raw materials within the pit and plant.
• Adjust equipment settings per SOPs to maximize throughput and minimize cycle times.
• Coordinate positioning to support production flow and load cargo safely.
• Perform daily inspections and preventative maintenance; report issues promptly.
• Assist with training junior operators on safe operation and site protocols.
