WM in Waikoloa, HI is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator I to join a team that prioritizes safety and stable hours. This on-site role offers a starting pay of $29.00–$31.00 per hour and a benefits package including healthcare, stock, and retirement options.

You’ll inspect, operate, and maintain heavy equipment, follow safety SOPs, and support a work-life balanced schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:30am–3:00pm at our waste disposal site.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Be over 18 years of age.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsabilités

• Operates heavy equipment in compliance with the company operating safety policies and procedures.
• Conducts routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment; maintains accurate records.
• Moves and positions raw materials and finished components with use of material moving equipment.
• Follow appropriate standard operating procedures as per guidelines for operating and maintaining vehicle.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
