What You’ll Do:

1. Promote Safety: Prioritize safety in accordance with MSHA and Vulcan standards, actively ensuring safety for yourself and others.
2. Operate Heavy Equipment: Safely operate off-highway equipment to transport raw materials and finished products efficiently.
3. Inspect Equipment: Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections, complete accurate reports and documentation.
4. Maintain Equipment: Check and maintain vehicle fluid levels, assist with minor maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
5. Monitor Processes and Surroundings: Observe operations and report necessary maintenance or adjustments to ensure safety.

Skills You’ll Need:

• Experience: Preferred prior experience operating heavy construction equipment.
• Knowledge of Best Practices: Preferred knowledge of operating and servicing heavy construction equipment.
• Flexibility: Willing to work overtime, extended hours, outdoors in all weather conditions, and tolerate loud noises.
