Texas Materials - Gulf Coast Area is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to operate a variety of equipment for groundwork and construction projects in Baytown. The position requires adherence to safety policies and efficient equipment operation on site.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of related experience, a High School diploma or GED, and be able to pass required pre-employment checks. This is a full-time, on-site role with potential for progression within the CRH family.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment checks and DOT Medical Card requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
• Follow OSHA/MSHA regulations and company policies.
• Report problems to supervisor and maintain equipment.</br>Assist in maintenance and inspections.
• Participate in training less-experienced staff.
