Job summary

Responsibilities

• Load and move dirt, rocks, or materials using trucks or related equipment.
• Operate and control machines with blades, buckets, scrapers, or swing booms.
• Drive and maneuver equipment to remove or distribute earth.
• Operate machinery to spread, level, or finish road surfaces.
• Perform pre-shift inspections for safety and mechanical defects.
• Work long, flexible hours including nights and weekends as required.
• Coordinate machine actions with crew signals and other traffic.
• Inspect, clean, and repair equipment as needed and report issues.
