Job summary

Charah Solutions, Inc. is seeking a heavy equipment operator to safely operate backhoes, dozers, excavators, and graders at our site. You will interpret engineered plans, manage grading tasks, and help maintain equipment in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy equipment in construction or similar.
• Ability to read and understand engineered plans and elevations.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Load and move materials using heavy equipment.
• Grade terrain with blades in passes to level earth.
• Coordinate machine actions with crew signals.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Adjust controls to exact positions as needed.
• Follow all safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
