Job summary

Asplundh Tree Expert, LLC is seeking an Equipment Operator (Driver License Required) to operate heavy equipment and support vegetation management along electrical lines. The role requires operating various machines, transporting gear between sites, and performing general equipment maintenance.

Minimum qualifications include being 18+, ability to identify tree species, and awareness of electrical hazards. A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred, with a CDL being a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possesses working knowledge and be able to identify tree and shrub species.
• Familiar with electrical hazards.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates heavy equipment such as Bulldozers-Backhoes-Skid steers-Excavator-Loaders-Dump trucks, Mowers and Stump grinders.
• Transport equipment to and from multi state job locations.
• Install and remove gates, fences, barb wire.
• Works around hazardous equipment.
• Maintains equipment in neat, clean, and specified mechanical order.
