Qualifications

• Experience operating heavy machinery on construction sites.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Must pass physical, drug screen, and background check.
• Reliable transportation and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Operate heavy equipment including dozers, excavators, loaders, and water trucks safely.
• Perform daily inspections and maintenance on equipment.
• Assist in site preparation tasks including grading and excavation.
• Collaborate with team members to execute project plans.
• Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and progress.
• Communicate effectively with onsite personnel.
• Keep equipment clean and orderly.
