Qualifications

• Experience operating excavators, dozers, and off-road trucks.
• Sense of urgency and ability to respond to changing conditions.
• Ability to adapt and prioritize in a changing construction environment.
• Overtime and weekend availability.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel within 60-75 miles of greater Charlotte Metro Area.
• Pass pre-employment background screening.

Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient operation of equipment to meet production targets.
• Comply with all company and site-specific policies and procedures.
• Perform routine inspections, safety walk-arounds, and preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Maintain equipment in good operating condition and reporting of maintenance requirements.
• May perform other job site duties as required based on job site needs.
• Respect and follow leadership and directions from assigned foreman.
• Treat co-workers, subcontractors and customers with respect and professionalism.
