Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Previous construction experience preferred.
• Ability to follow safety policies and OSHA/MSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate excavators and dozers safely and efficiently.
• Assist crew with duties such as shoveling, raking, and moving materials.
• Signal equipment operators to coordinate movements and alignments.
• Dig, spread, and level materials; maintain clean, organized work areas.
• Wear PPE and adhere to safety procedures on site.
• Report issues to supervisor and follow project directions.
