United Infrastructure Group is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator in South Carolina to operate backhoes, track hoes, bulldozers, loaders, and dump trucks on construction projects. The role emphasizes safety and efficiency on busy sites, with opportunities for professional development and competitive compensation.

The successful candidate will hold a CCO certification, have crane operation experience, and maintain a valid DOT physical.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CCO certification across TSS, TLL, and LBC.
• At least 3 years of crane operator experience preferred.
• Maintain a current DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and maintain a clean, safe jobsite.
• Operate power machinery by moving levers, pedals, and dials.
• Set up or inspect equipment before operation.
• Understand digging plans, machine capabilities, and safe procedures.
• Follow hand signals and grade stakes for accurate work.
• Receive and interpret instructions for material movement or excavation.
• Move materials around the site as needed.
• Create or maintain inclines or ramps on site.
• Lubricate, adjust, or repair machinery and replace parts.
• Perform manual labor to prepare or finish sites.
• Complete additional duties as directed by supervisor.
