Qualifications

• Age 18+ with legal eligibility to work.
• Minimum 3 years of field experience in equipment operation.
• Possible CDL Class A or B required for some roles.
• Must pass drug screening and background check per location.
• Ability to read, write, and understand supervisor directions.
• Basic math to calculate load weights and balance points.

Responsibilities

• Operate power construction equipment to excavate, lift, move, grade earth, and pour materials.
• Ensure safe, timely operation meeting quality standards.
• Follow OSHA regulations and site safety rules.
• Read survey stakes for alignment and grading where required.
• Direct or assist others when performing blocking/outriggers on cranes.
