Job summary

EMR USA Metal Recycling in Rice Lake, WI is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to load, unload, and transport scrap metal within the yard. You will operate material handler and other heavy equipment safely, performing daily maintenance and inspections to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating heavy equipment.
• Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Maneuver in and around equipment to inspect, operate and maintain company property.

• Perform daily maintenance and inspections.
• Identify and process different types of scrap metal and report load details.
