Job summary

EMR USA Metal Recycling seeks a reliable Warehouse Worker to support daily operations at our Eau Claire, Wisconsin site. You will greet customers, assist with loading, sorting metals, and operate forklifts to ensure safe, efficient yard activity.

Full-time, year-round role with Monday–Friday schedule, no nights or weekends, plus competitive benefits including health/dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, HSA/FSA, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Able to work independently.
• Able to operate equipment safely.
• Able to lift and handle 50 pounds.
• Customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with unloading materials
• Weigh, sort, and identify types of metals
• Operate forklifts to transfer material within the yard
• Load material for transportation
• Clean and maintain the yard and work areas
