Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, reading blueprints, coordinating with crew, and adhering to project timelines. This role requires physical stamina and a team-oriented attitude, with opportunities for overtime

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating multiple types of heavy construction equipment.
• Ability to read safety instructions, manuals and project plans.
• Physical stamina for lifting and long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites.
• Perform pre- and post-operation inspections and report defects.
• Follow OSHA and site safety policies and maintain clean work areas.
• Read blueprints and grade stakes to guide earthmoving tasks.
