Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience operating heavy equipment on construction sites.
• Ability to read and apply load charts and basic math.
• Strong emphasis on safety and preventive maintenance.
• Plumbing/HVAC/pipefitting experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment on jobsite efficiently.
• Perform basic vehicle and equipment inspections.
• Maintain equipment and supplies with proper care.
• Support safety and environmental practices at the site.
• Lift up to 75 lb and perform mechanical tasks when busy.
