Job summary

Spencer Construction requires a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to safely operate cranes, bulldozers, earth movers and related machinery on various waste road and civil projects across the Southwest. You will perform routine safety checks and coordinate with site teams to ensure smooth lift and transport operations.

The role requires at least 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment, with a strong focus on safety practices and proper maintenance procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment.
• Strong understanding of safety practices and maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow directions effectively.

Responsibilities
