Job summary

The Walsh Group is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator for the Arcadia, FL project (225151 - PR3 Pumping & Conveyance Volume 4 - Pipelines). This role will operate heavy machinery on a site-based pipeline project and support other site tasks as needed.

Strong adherence to safety policies and the ability to handle physical tasks are essential. Required qualifications include 3-5 years of operating experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of operating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates a variety of Equipment to complete tasks such as clearing land, trimming backfill, and moving and/or transporting materials.
• Must have knowledge of operating procedures as it pertains to loading and unloading materials.
• May oil, grease, service and perform routine maintenance checks on equipment; completes safety checks and related paperwork.
• May be vibration or noise during operation.
• May perform other related duties as required.
