Responsibilities

• Operate a loader, excavator, haul truck, grader, bulldozer, skid steer, and water truck.
• Load tractor trailers and dump trucks.
• Keep the facility clean and organized.
• Build and strip forms as needed.
• Mix and pour concrete and castables.
• Perform minor maintenance and repairs.
• Assist in site clean-up before and after maintenance.
• Communicate with truckers and customers.
• Record downtime and actions taken.
• Refill fuel and clean the loader.
• Comply with CEMEX, OSHA, and MSHA rules; wear safety equipment.
• Meet or exceed safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
