Job summary

Okie Staffing is seeking Equipment Operators to support municipal maintenance and infrastructure projects in Oklahoma Coweta. You will operate heavy equipment, perform inspections, and follow safety guidelines to keep city services running smoothly.

Open positions include Heavy Equipment Operators at $17.50–$18.00/hr DOE, with a Monday–Friday schedule plus weekends and overtime as needed. Valid driver’s license required; CDL preferred. Drug screening and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred.
• Prior experience operating heavy equipment preferred.
• Strong work ethic with dependable attendance and safety compliance.
• Must be able to pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, loaders, and dump trucks for streets and water maintenance projects.
• Perform equipment inspections and routine maintenance.
