• Work safely in various weather conditions.

Split Rock Sand and Gravel is a locally owned company that is seeking seasonal Excavator, Dozer, Wheel Loader, Skid Steer operators, and underground pipe layers. Experienced in Underground utility and/or farm drainage work is but not mandatory. Very little road travel, and you will be home almost every evening. Class A CDL , but not required. Valid Drivers License is required. Salary based on experience.

Requirements:

• Travel within a 1-hour radius of Sioux Falls, SD
• Ability to work in most weather conditions (heat, rain, snow, etc.)
• Ability to safely work in water and mud (job conditions are not always favorable)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be proficient in reading grade stakes, and construction plans
• have the ability to perform work without supervision
• Higher wage for Class A CDL
