ShalePro Energy Services, LLC is a natural gas service company providing a full suite of oil and natural gas field services across the Appalachian Basin - Marcellus/Utica shale play and other US basins. With over 25 years of industry experience, we operate and maintain thousands of wells, compressors, pipelines, and facilities nationwide.

Summary

Positions are temporary to full-time with benefits. Candidates should have natural gas industry experience, be available for all shifts, including swing shifts and weekends. Some roles may require overnight out-of-town stays.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy or specialized equipment (e.g., rubber tire loader, backhoe, crane, etc.) with demonstrated expertise.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain equipment appearance and cleanliness.
• Perform labor duties as needed.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors throughout the job process.
• Have basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor failures.
• Follow safety protocols and use proper PPE.
• Drive, operate, and maintain CDL A vehicles and equipment following DOT regulations.
• Communicate proactively with team members and promote teamwork.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Required Education

• High school diploma or GED.

Working Conditions

• Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Frequent driving, walking, and standing.
• Exposure to weather, chemicals, loud machinery, and extreme temperatures.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
