Job summary

Frontline Enterprises LLC is seeking a crew-ready equipment operator for work at Fort Huachuca Army Base. You will operate heavy machinery to prepare sites, dig trenches for concrete, and transport tools between locations.

The role requires reading building plans, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to follow instructions in varying weather and terrain. Schedule may include evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operates construction, excavation, hauling, and maintenance equipment including backhoes, front-end loaders, bulldozers, excavators, or grade tractors.
• Prepares construction sites for building, demolition, or excavation.
• Uses excavating machinery to dig holes and trenches for structural concrete.
• Transports tools and other construction equipment to and from sites.
• Prepares building sites for exterior site concrete such as parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, and loading docks.
• Operates machinery used to build bridges, roads, and railroads.
• Inspects and fuels vehicle prior to beginning shift.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Prepares construction sites for building, demolition, or excavation.
• Uses excavating machinery to dig holes and trenches used in structural concrete.
• Transports tools and other construction equipment to and from construction sites.
• Uses equipment to prepare building sites for exterior site concrete such as parking lots, driveways, sidewalks, and loading docks.
• Operates machinery used to build bridges, roads, and railroads.
• Inspects and fuels vehicle prior to beginning shift.
• Performs routine maintenance and repairs.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of operating heavy machinery.
• Able to work long periods including evenings and weekends when necessary.
• Must be able to operate machinery in all weather conditions and terrains.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds at a time.

Special Qualifications/Requirements

• Must be able to successfully pass a federal background screening and drug test.
• Licenses: If required in the state of Arizona please provide a copy of completed licenses.

Pay: $32.19 / hr
