Job summary

Prestige Talent is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to operate bulldozers, excavators, backhoes and loaders on US construction sites. You will perform digging, grading and material moves safely and efficiently.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, at least 1 year of equipment experience, be physically fit to lift 50 pounds, and willing to work full-time including weekends. Training offered for exceptional candidates. Strong mechanical skills and good teamwork are valued.

Heavy Equipment Operator

As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, backhoes, and loaders, in a safe and efficient manner. You will work on construction sites in the US, performing tasks such as digging trenches, grading land, and moving materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment according to job site requirements and safety regulations
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Inspect equipment before each use to identify any potential issues
• Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations
• Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
• Operate equipment in a precise and controlled manner to avoid damage or accidents
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid biometric passport (US nationality preferred)
• At least 1 year of experience operating heavy equipment (training may be provided for exceptional candidates)
• Ability to work full time with flexible hours as needed (including weekends)
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot common issues with equipment
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
