M&M Recycling is hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator to safely sort, move, and stage scrap metal in our busy Locust Grove yard. You’ll operate a wheel loader and skid steer, maintain an organized workspace, and work with ground crews to keep material flowing.

We are looking for someone with WHEEL LOADER and SKID STEER experience, who understands that a skilled operator does more than run a machine. You keep material moving, keep processing equipment fed, maintain an organized yard, protect the equipment, and--most importantly--keep the people working around you safe.
